CANCELLATIONS

ITEMS MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDERING THE ITEM TO PREVENT THE ITEM BEING SHIPPED OUT. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA CONTACT@SOULSISTERSNI.COM TO CANCEL ANY ORDERS.

REFUND POLICY

IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS. SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ANY LABELS ON.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU RETURN ALL ITEMS WITH A SECURE SIGNED DELIVERY METHOD SO THE ITEM CAN BE TRACKED. ONCE WE CONFIRM YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND WE WILL REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT, HOWEVER YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS

UNFORTUNATELY OUR SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FROM WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US TO PROCESS A REFUND. THE TIME FRAME IS DICTATED BY YOUR BANK OR CARD ISSUER AND IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE SAME ACCOUNT OR CARD WITH WHICH YOU MADE YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH ISSUING A REFUND TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR CARD, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU.

  • WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
WHERE REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL BEGIN PROCESSING IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT AND WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOUR REFUND IS REJECTED.  IF YOUR REFUND IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS.

WHERE EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ITEM, SEND US AN EMAIL AT CONTACT@SOULSISTERSNI.COM WHERE WE CAN ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE.
